By the time these hair-piled Philly glamsters put out their third LP in '91, MTV had already moved on to grunge. So it never charted, but not for lack of trying. While nothing's as monumental as the band's '88 video smash "Girlschool," a pile of cuts -- double-barrelled shoot 'em ups "Six Guns Loaded" and "Shot From My Gun," fast-rhymed "Black And White" -- are shouting, shrieking, swinging, stomping, Slade-descended hard rock. Even better: Early-Aerosmith-style cocaine brooder "Louder" and the closing revival of "Midnight Moses," from '70s Scottish eccentrics the Sensational Alex Harvey Band.
